04/04/10, Hi Nick, We thought we'd write a quick endorsement for your website about Neil who was superb and helped make a great skiing holiday. It was a shame that Grace only made it for 2 days after breaking her leg (not in her ski lesson, I hasten to add! And Tabitha missing the last two lessons with tonsilitus - what are we like?? They were both very upset that they were missing out on their lessons with Neil and heartbroken that their new passion for skiing was being thwarted! We hope to return next year, with no accidents/illness....

"Our kids aged 5-8 had never skied before and were booked in for morning lessons with Neil. His fun, easy-going but excellent tuition meant that within a day they were relaxed and happy snow ploughing down the slope. By day 4 they were putting us adults to shame with their confidence and willingness to tackle anything even in heavy snow with virtually no visibility. Neil also taught me for a couple of hours and tamed flailing arms and wobbly skis into something that managed to get down a black run without realising it. He gave me so much more confidence and the ability to tackle anything without throwing myself at breakneck speed down the mountain. A big thanks to his excellent teaching for both kids and an adult, and for making skiing fun."

02/04/10, Nick I forgot to mention what a wonderful time we had during the lesson and how much we think we have improved, we're are both much more confident especially Liz - I struggle to keep up with her now!!!

30/03/10, Just a quick note to say thank you to yourselves for teaching my children to ski in Tignes. Although this was their very first time skiing on real snow they absolutely loved the experience and this is thanks to Neil’s excellent coaching in such a short time. Think they have got the bug now as they want to come back for a whole week. We will be in touch then.

28/03/10, Wow thank you Nick, I did not know who the cd was from and had not looked at it but now we have and Felix LOVES it and has vowed that when he leaves school he will only ski for the rest of his life!!!  I might be his groupie!!!

How is St Foy/Tignes?  Busy this week I guess with all the private school English!!!  We are going to a tiny resort in Italy next week where I skiied as a child, about the same number of lifts as St Foy!  We are introducing our 3-year old to the slopes, hopefully she will take to it as quickly as the rest of them!

We had a great time in France and am certain we shall return - we viewed a few properties on our last day!

26/03/10, Hi Nick, We're back home and Tignes seems to be a kinda distant memory!   
Just want to thank you for helping Josie out.  She is a crazy 5 year old and I hope she did as she was told and didn't cause you any trouble.  She really did like you. 
Unfortunately I didn't get on so well and in hindsight I should have booked lessons with you.  I was lumbered with an instructor who spoke very little English so next time we will know......  I am however going to more lessons at the Snowdome so hopefully things should improve. DW

Nick, many thanks to you and Elaine for such a great trip. Naithan and I had the best two days ski-ng we have done- both the Les Arcs and St. Foy days were excellent, with the off-piste being truly memorable.
The use of your appt for changing and the lifts you and Elaine gave us were very kind.
I have been for a good run this morning- the hills were easy after the Tignes experience!
When you are over here later in the year do please call in- or indeed you would be very welcome to stay over at our house in Wheatley if that was good for you.

23/02/10, Well we made it back with only an hour delay on the flight so not too bad!!!
I just wanted to say a great big thank you for your excellent tuition for the girls and me.  Jasmine is still absolutely buzzing and can't wait to return next year and see you again!!!  And Rhianna just says she wants to see you , Tom and Tom's mum!!!
It made a huge difference to our whole holiday with your excellent tuition and the fact you treated our whole family as friends rather than just clients.
Our best family holiday (so far) and I think you contributed a big part to that.  (Have we got our point across yet ;-) )
I promise i will always concentrate when turning LEFT !!!!!!!
Remember to look us up if you are passing you will always be welcome .

22/02/10, Nick, Many thanks for the lessons for the kids last week, they had a fantastic time. Without exception all 5 came on greatly in their skiing

Proof of this must be that 4 of them were skiing Blacks on Saturday!!

Jonathan had a thoroughly good time and to see him ski solo was brilliant.

Dear Nick, Thank you for a fantastic couple of day's guiding for the kids they all had such a great time and learned a lot.  We were lucky because they remembered everywhere they had been and took us there in the afternoons!  We loved St Foy and will definitely be returning so we will keep you posted!

02/02/10 First of all a big thank you to your company for organising our ski lessons in Tignes last week.  We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our holiday.
Secondly I must tell you how fabulous Neil was.  He found himself with a very split group - four youngsters who wanted to race ahead and then Kevin and I.  Kevin found the whole concept of skiing very difficult at the beginning and I must tell you how patient and kind Neil was to him and to me.   He managed to deal with both ends of the group exceptionally well and really worked hard to ensure that Kevinn gained the confidence he needed to make progress.   On the 4th day when Neil got him to snow plough down the Rosset slope and then shook Kevin's hand at the bottom and said, "you are a skiier" Kevin was SO pleased and is telling everyone at home about that moment.   Neill really has great perception and people skills and knew exactly how far to push and when to encourage.    
I wanted you all to know that we found your whole company's approach top class, from the welcome e mail I received on my initial enquiry, to the farewell handshake from Neil on our last day.
Thank you very much Nick, we wish you and your Company success in the future and hope to bump into Neil again when we return.
